Broadbills are one of my favourite bird species. The Black and Red Broadbill with its huge turquoise + yellow bill and white strips on the wings earned its nickname “Cartoon Bird” in my books. 🙂

Proboscis Monkeys in the wild crossing the river safely thanks to these “bridges” that were originally built for the Orangutans, to navigate across segmented forests. These “rope bridges” are made from recycled firehose from Japan and installed by Borneo Conservation Trust
